So, i can't comment on why this server isn't really as active as should one would like, bcs i haven't been here long time. Also, this in not of quite importance.
What is important is that community don't just look at the reason for a problem, but look for solution. And the solution isn't gonna come miraculously when i.e. blaze is here 24/7. I think the best idea is for all of us to spread the word about L2Toxic around, so that now tha summer ended people will see us. I started with new topics in hopzone and pmfun forums, and i urge everyone to act as one sees fit.
