New options in game - VIP (x20 rates) and others.

New options in game were added.
VIP - for 20 Coins of Luck per month you can use x20 rates and auto pick up

Also added some interesting commands. If you want to get more info type command .help in game chat and push enter.

And added spawn protection. You cannot be attacked during 30 sec after teleport.

Now PK will lost levels instead items after death!
