Spoil not working in some mobs

Hi, there are some mobs that dont give the normal spoil reward. For example the Eye of Watchman in wall of argos, normally in others servers whit spoil 5x this mob give as spoil reward 2 - 4 Stone of purity whit very high chance to get it (I think 80%-90%) in this server this mob only give as spoil reward 1 mold hardener and some stone of purity but 1/8 mobs.

Blaze please check this problem.

I have tested in other mobs and they have the same problem; for example: Varka silenos scout have stone of purity as spoil reward 1/2 but I have finished my alliance lvl 2 and I did not get any sop from this mob. :/ i think the problem is whit the material or something. Gm try to fix it please

mobs names were white for you, when you checked this?

I think the problem is whit mobs that normally have high rate on spoil. I have tested today (nov 29) whit Varka Silenos Scout lvl 78 my current lvl is 78 and its spoil reward is 1 mold hardener that is 1/16 but didn't give stone of purity that is 1/2. http://lineage.pmfun.com/npc/21353/varka-silenos-scout.html
