Teleportation Fees

Blaze. I would strongly recommend decreasing the cost of teleportation fees from the Gatekeepers for like a month or so, until people can build up adena. I mean it cost me 50Kx4 or 200K to port from one town to the next at level 43. If you do the math on that it is an amazing amount of adena for what you can generate at that level.

Please reduce the cost of porting by a 0 for now, and make it temporary so people cant get around to the xp spots without having to run for 20 mins there. Thanks.....
